Among the neighborhoods reaching their peak this week, the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail (near Daeheung Station) was calling my name. These blossoms can usually put on a spectacular show for up to 5 or 6 days, provided there is no heavy rain in the forecast to knock the petals down.

The 80% Rule: Even at 80% bloom, the view from the SUMIF rooftop is stunning. Because you are so close to the branches, the clusters look dense and magical regardless of the official percentage!
